If your order arrives damaged or with a printing error, we’ve got you covered.
Free Replacements: We will provide a free replacement or a refund for any items that are defective or damaged during shipping.
No Return Necessary: You do not need to mail the damaged item back to us.
How to Report: Please email shop@pawandorder.com within 30 days of delivery. You must include a high-quality photo of the damaged area and your order number.
Because every item in the “Special Merchandise Unit” shop is custom-printed specifically for you at the time of purchase, we do not keep a physical inventory.
No Exchanges: We cannot offer exchanges or refunds if you order the incorrect size, color, or simply change your mind.
Sizing: Please consult the size guides provided on each product page before placing your order.
Final Sale: Once an order is sent to production, it cannot be canceled or changed.
Invalid Addresses: If a package is returned to us because you provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.
Restocking: Printify facilities do not accept returns for the purpose of restocking or resale.
Unclaimed Items: Any items returned to our Bulger, PA office that are not claimed within 30 days will be donated to a local shelter.
