Our Harmony PA Pack provides professional dog training to a large portion of Beaver, Butler, and Lawrence Counties – from Cranberry Township up to New Castle.
Most issues start at your house, so it’s best to deal with them in their own environment. As training progresses, we may move the lessons to public areas in order to work with distractions. Our adult program is commitment-based, which means we work with you until all of your goals are met, no matter how lengthy the training is. Learn more >>
If you are looking for a fast way to train your dog(s) and find you do not have the time or skills to commit, our Board & Train Program may be a good option for you. It’s an intense lifestyle training program where we welcome your dog(s) into one of our experienced trainers’ home for 3 to 6 weeks (or more depending on the situation) and work through all of the issues you are having. Your dog(s) will not only receive hours of one-on-one training every day, but they’ll also benefit from socializing with our dogs and other dogs. Learn more >>
The virtual dog training package works similar to our in-home package. It is commitment-based, which means we work with you until all of your goals are met, no matter how lengthy the training is. The difference is that instead of coming to you and working in the dog’s environment, we will set up an online virtual meeting, observe your dog’s behavior, and walk you through instruction step-by-step. We offer a group class to train and certify your dog as a Therapy Dog. Learn more >>
We hold various adventures throughout the year, usually once or twice every weekend. They typically include 10 to 20 dogs (though we’ve had as many as 30), and usually take place at local parks or trails.
Owner & Head Trainer
Tia Ybarra is the owner and head trainer of Paw & Order Harmony. She spent years working for the Pittsburgh Pack before launching her own location.
Tia is a certified CGC evaluator, a member of the International Association of Canine Professionals (IACP), and worked as a freelance dog trainer since 2016 before discovering Paw & Order through her friend. She worked with dogs for years in Cranberry Township and focused on training service animals, but she wanted to expand her footing into the obedience and behavioral realm of dog training.
Tia entered into our Train the Trainer Program in May 2018. Her previous experience with training was a big plus because not only did she learn from us, but she taught us a few things as well! In 2019, she attended the “Aggression in Dogs: Safety, Defensive Handling & Training” seminar in Cincinnati, which was led by Michael Shikashio and Trish McMillan. She also completed Ted Efthymiadis’ Aggression Mastermind Course, as well as his Client Communication course.
Jocelyn became a part of the Paw & Order family in 2019 when she started her dog, Rocket, on his Service Dog journey. Head Trainer Tia helped them through many hours of training and the tools for success from Paw and Order. Two lives have improved and they continue together as a working team. When the opportunity to help Tia with the office administration of the Harmony Pack opened up – the team jumped through the hoop! You will speak with Jocelyn when you call – you will see her and Rocket on Pack Walks and supporting the trainers in many ways. Jocelyn is also volunteering with a local canine Search and Rescue Team.
We hear it all the time:
My dog is great, but he/she:
We’re sure your pup is great, but with our help, he/she can be even better! Don’t just manage your dog’s unwanted behaviors, fix them with expert dog training from Paw & Order.
If you live outside our area, you have the option of our virtual program, or you can travel to us for our Board & Train program.
