I’m Sabrina, owner and head trainer of Paw & Order Erie. Growing up, I had no clue what I wanted to do with my life. I landed a typical job with a big company that I thought I’d be at until I retired. But then I discovered my passion – dogs!
Back in 2011, I was approached with a litter of puppies who desperately needed homes, so naturally I took them all in. I kept one very fearful Doberman/Shepherd puppy from that litter. He quickly became my best friend and sparked my journey into the dog world.
I decided that I didn’t want a normal job; instead, I wanted to build a career helping dogs and people. That’s when I discovered Paw & Order. Now I don’t have a job… I have a purpose. That purpose is to help dogs and their humans communicate effectively so they can both lead more fulfilling and happier lives. If you are ready to improve your life with your pup, reach out and let’s get started!
In addition to being a certified Paw & Order dog trainer, I am also certified through the AKC (American Kennel Club). I am an approved evaluator for Canine Good Citizen and therapy dogs through Therapy Dogs United. I completed a masterclass in aggression and have worked with many dog aggression cases, so I am qualified to address these difficult issues. I am a member of the International Association of Canine Professionals (IACP). I’ve attended numerous dog training seminars, including “Training Between The Ears,” and I am always looking for new opportunities to learn!

Most issues start at your house, so it’s best to deal with them in their own environment. As training progresses, we may move the lessons to public areas in order to work with distractions. Our adult program is commitment-based, which means we work with you until all of your goals are met, no matter how lengthy the training is. Learn more >>
If you are looking for a fast way to train your dog(s) and find you do not have the time or skills to commit, our Stay & Train Program may be a good option for you. It’s an intense lifestyle training program where we welcome your dog(s) into one of our experienced trainers’ home for 3 to 4 weeks (or more depending on the situation) and work through all of the issues you are having. Your dog(s) will not only receive hours of one-on-one training every day, but they’ll also benefit from socializing with our dogs and other dogs. Learn more >>
The virtual dog training package works similar to our in-home package. It is commitment-based, which means we work with you until all of your goals are met, no matter how lengthy the training is. The difference is that instead of coming to you and working in the dog’s environment, we will set up an online virtual meeting, observe your dog’s behavior, and walk you through instruction step-by-step. This is not your typical pet store obedience class! Learn more >>
We hold various adventures throughout the year, usually once or twice every weekend. They typically include 10 to 20 dogs (though we’ve had as many as 30), and usually take place at local parks or trails.
